Obviously CS:GO-related content will be #1 priority. That doesn't mean we don't consider other esports-related content.
As much as possible but don't wait too long. We look more at consistency than at quantity. Example: 1 video per week for 10 weeks = consistency; 5 videos one day and then 1 video at random intervals = inconsistency.

Yes, but take your time to create some new content. A good rule of thumbs would be to wait 2-4 weeks at least.
It's a code we give to content makers whenever we see something we like. It bumps the application to the top of our queue and it has a very high probability of being accepted. You can only get one if we get in touch with you, not the other way around.
